Consultation Packages

Package #1: Consultation (60 minute session)

Consultation: Consultation is available for professionals and clients who are in need of some guidance, feedback & possibly referral for family or relationship situations

Basic Package: 1-Month Coaching & Consulting

3 - 60 minute phone or video sessions (includes but not limited to following):

  • Assess need(s): Consultation to assess needs based on your unique situation, feedback and referral(s) if needed

  • Coaching: Feeling confident & supported while dealing with a family conflict, or preparing for separation, or post-divorce decisions/issues

  • Skill Building (communication, conflict management, etc.)

  • Email Support: if you have any questions or need quick support with something between sessions

  • Session Summary: may include homework assignment, topics discussed, and summary of agreement(s), etc.

Premium Package: 3-Month Coaching & Consulting

10 - 60 minute phone or video sessions (includes but not limited to following):

  • Assess need(s): Know what to expect during different stages of separation and after divorce

  • Coaching: Feeling confident & supported while preparing for separation or through post-divorce decisions/issues

  • Communication skills: Learn what to do & not to do in order to avoid mistakes most families make during separation/divorce

  • Negotiation: Making important decisions related to your children, separating assets, and financial support

  • Conflict Management: Learn how to end power-struggle & gain more peaceful relationship(s)

  • Parenting Plan: Developing parenting plan for child(ren’s) custody, holidays, child support, how to tell children about divorce, strategies to make time sharing less stressful for children, coparenting/parallel parenting strategies

  • Post-divorce Support: Resolving pending family issues, parenting plan re-evaluation, coparenting/parallel parenting strategies, and other blended family issues

  • Referral: legal support, counseling or other support groups

  • Email Support: if you have any questions or need quick support with something between sessions

  • Session Summary: may include homework assignment, topics discussed, and summary of agreement(s), etc.
